Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a community-based, recreational exercise program developed by the Arthritis Foundation. Trained AFEP instructors cover a variety of range-of-motion and endurance-building activities, relaxation techniques and health education topics. All the exercises can be modified to meet participant needs. The program’s demonstrated benefits include improved functional ability, decreased depression and increased confidence in one’s ability to exercise

Shine/Zumba 30-30 
A combo class that incorporates Zumba and SHINE Dance Fitness. Zumba is a fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout. Zumba features interval training sessions where fast and slow are combined to tone and sculpt your body. SHINE Dance Fitness is a dance fitness exercise program that has simple yet effective choreography that is sure to make members sweat with a smile. SHINE is rooted in traditional jazz, ballet, hip-hop and is designed for all dance abilities.

Silver Sneaker Classic - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills

Tabata
Form of interval training that encourages you to work as hard as you can in a short amount of time. A Tabata workout is formatted in 20 second intervals of work followed by 10 second intervals of rest.

Zumba
This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow
moves to create a dynamic workout. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is for those new to Yoga or those interested in gentle practice. Gentle Yoga incorporates simple flowing sequences, as well as slower paced movements with a focus on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. Experience is not required to participate.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. Building core strength, which is key to good posture, is another important aspect of this type of yoga.
