    "I specialize in Youth Strength and Conditioning, as well as Tactical Strength and Conditioning for Police, Fire Fighters, EMS, and Military. I have experience with middle schoolers, high school, college athletes, and elite athletes in sports ranging from gymnastics to weightlifting, to baseball. I have worked alongside physical therapists, continuing their patient’s rehabilitation and training them to increase their quality of life. "

    "I like to work with people of any fitness level and all walks of life! My philosophy is “One size DOESN’T fit all…”, so my approach to providing fitness and wellness to my clients is to pull from various disciplines of exercise to custom-tailor programs to fit the needs of my clients. I specialize in OCR(obstacle course racing)/mudrun (think Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, etc..) strength and conditioning. For over six years, I’ve been involved with the industry since its beginning on both sides of the sport, as an international competitor as well as holding multiple positions of race directing and course design. How this translates to providing comprehensive programming is that my perspective isn’t confined to the traditional exercise paradigm that can easily become redundant. Wellness and health should be engaging, dynamic, and FUN!"

    "I have been a personal trainer since 2004. I have trained individuals from their teens into their 70's. I've worked with both males and females who were beginner exercisers up to collegiate athletes, both individually and in pairs.  I believe training for real-life movements. Balance, core exercises, and injury prevention are always the focus of my training sessions. I believe our goal should be first and foremost to live our lives with vigor. Our health is our wealth."
