Boot Camp -Start your day off with a crazy combination of intense intervals and body weight exercises intended to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance and give your metabolism a boost. (I/A)

Cardio Kickboxing- Combine martial arts and cardiovascular to get an amazing high energy workout. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. 

Enhanced Fitness - This class is an evidenced-based group exercise program that helps older adults of all levels of fitness become more energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. (B/I)

Indoor Spin -Spinning renamed. In this class you will climb, jump, and spring up and down hills. If you think stationary bikes are boring, think again! (B/I)

Pilates -This class promotes the strengthening and stretching of the center core of the body. A mat exercise class focusing on the abdominal and lower back. (B/A)

Pound -Pound is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infetious energizing and sweat-dripping fun of play the drums

RIP -RIP is a 60 minute barbell workout where music is matched to movement. All fitness levels welcome. Expect a complete full body workout. (B/A)

Silver Sneaker Classic -(Muscular Strength and Range of Motion) Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. (B/I)

Strong by Zumba-This class is for all fitness enthusiast and students looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout. (I/A)

Tabata with weights - A intensity interval training that will have you doing repeated short spurts of very intense workouts that are followed by short breaks. (B/A)

TAI CHI - A graceful form of exercise that brings serenity and relief through gentle, flowing movements. Meditation in motion. (B/A)

Yoga -Uses posture, breathing, relaxation and meditation to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. (B/A)

Zumba -This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. (B/A)

20/20/20- This is a great format to mix things up a bit. this class is a great fusion of Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength Training, and Pilates. (B/A)

 CLASSES ARE 55 MINUTES IN LENGTH (unless other wise stated)

  • Participants must be at least 13 years old and actively participate in the class.
  • Please do not use cell phones during class.
  • Please be aware of your own fitness level, and do not over exert yourself
