Group Fitness Descriptions: 

Boot Camp- Top your week with a crazy combination of intense intervals and body weight exercises intended to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance and give your metabolish a boost. (I/A)

Pilates- A mat exercise class focusing on the abdominal and lower back, strengthening and stretching the cent core of the body. (B/I)

RIP- A barbell workout class where the music is matched with movement. All fitness levels are welcome. You can expect to get a great full body workout. (B/I)

Tabata- A high intensity interval training that will have you doing repeated short spurts of very intense workouts that are followed by short breaks.  (B/I)

Yoga- Hatha Yoga uses brathing, relaxation and mediation to harmonize the mind, body, and sprit. (B/I)

Classes are 55 minutes in length (Unless otherwise stated)

  • Participants must be at least 13 years old and actively participate in the class.
  • Please do not use cell phones during class.
  • Please be aware of your fitness level and do not over exert yourself.
