Obstacle course on floor,  tumble trak (jumps), forward and backward roll, log rolls, climbing, crawling, jumping on different mats and beginner cartwheels.
Walking forwards, backwards on  low and high beams with spot. Swinging on bars and play time in the foam pit.   
Parent/Caregiver must attend  with child. 

Tumbling  Tigers                             

Ages 3&4

Without parent 

Obstacle course on floor,  tumble trak (jumps), forward and backward roll, log rolls, climbing,    crawling, jumping on different mats and beginner cartwheels. Walking forwards, backwards on  low and high beams with spot. Swinging on bars and play time in the foam pit.     

Advanced Tumbling

Tigers     

Ages 3&4

Without Parent

Will learn to do the following:

-Cartwheels, one handed cartwheels, round off, handstand forward rolls, front limbers and back walkovers.
-Beginner skills on vault, bars beam.

Power Tumbling

Ages 5 up

Only floor and tumble trak

-Beginner: Basic floor skills (forward rolls-round offs)
-Intermediate: Intermediate floor skills (front limbers, round-off back handsprings)
-Advanced: Advance floor skills (Tucks, layouts, twisting front and back)

Level 1

Gymnastics 

No Requirements 

-Floor: forward, straddle and backward rolls. Handstands, bridges, cartwheels and body awareness.

-Bars: Pull over, front support, casting, back hip circles.  Pull up, tuck ups and sole circles.

-Beam: Walking forward, sideways, and backwards.  Dip steps, kicks forward side and back, straight jumps and tuck jumps.

-Vault: Running, hurdling jumping drills.  Squat on, and forward rolls onto a raised surface.

Level 2

Gymnastics

Should be able to:

-Forward, straddle and backward rolls

-Bridge off their head with straight arms

-Good cartwheel with straight leg

-Floor: one handed cartwheel, round offs, handstands, back bend pull up, back bend kick over and start to learn back hand springs.

-Beam: forwards, sideways and backwards, walk on high beams without help. Also in relieve dip step, step kick, straight and tuck, jumps, forward rolls and hand stand on low beam.

-Vault: run with good technique, reach squat reach, and straight jump onto resie mat.

-Bars: jump to front support, 3 hollow body cast, back and front hip circles, sole circle, hang on high bar, swing and release.
