    "I believe in finding your best life. My background as a Physical Therapist Assistant gives me the edge to push my clients to the next level safely and efficiently. Being certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine has given me the opportunity to prepare a young lady for basic training, assisted rehab for post-surgical rotator cuff repair, and decreased body fat percentage while increasing skeletal muscle. I take pride in helping people whether it is fitness related or not. I love what I do and want to expand my knowledge to others."

    "My main objective is to inspire and motivate people to live a healthy life! I use my personal experience and my education to design a specific program tailored to help you reach your goals. I train all ages and fitness levels ranging from 13-88 years old with goals of losing weight and inches, bodybuilding strength training, flexibility, increase your range of motion, sports agility, functional fitness and improve balance. I will also guide you in what healthy foods to chose to help you reach your goals."

    "I have been a personal trainer since 2004. I have trained individuals from their teens into their 70's. I've worked with both males and females who were beginner exercisers up to collegiate athletes, both individually and in pairs.  I believe training for real-life movements. Balance, core exercises, and injury prevention are always the focus of my training sessions. I believe our goal should be first and foremost to live our lives with vigor. Our health is our wealth."
