TRAINING OPTIONS AND PRICES
The Y is offering a variety of personal training to fit your needs:
- Personal Training - (Ages 13+) Working one on one (or with a partner) receive personalized workouts, focused on helping you achieve your personal goals.
- Youth Conditioning - (Ages 7-12) This is perfect for young athletes and children at risk of health-related issues. Your child can work one on one with a training that has the knowledge and specialties to help your child reach their full fitness potential in a safe learning environment.
- Aquatic Fitness Training - (Ages 13+) Training in the water is great for those that suffer joint or injury pain. Fitness training in the water allows you to gain strength and agility while being gentle on your body.
Individual Training Sessions:
1/2 hour sessions: $25
1 hour sessions: $40
Partner/group Training Sessions:
1/2 hour sessions: $15 per person
1 hour sessions: $25 per person
