A NEW YEAR, A NEW YOU!
Become a new YOU, and join the challenge TODAY! As a group, learn about and get comfortable with all that the Y has to offer, including group fitness, strength training, and cardiovascular training! Use your fellow New Year Challengers for motivation, support, and accountability. Even after completing the program, keep in touch with your new partners in fitness to continue to challenge yourself throughout the year.
