Beginner / Functional Fitness- A high-intensity class using the basic exercises of Functional Fitness. Meets in the Fitness Center.

Boot Camp -Start your day off with a crazy combination of intense intervals and body weight exercises intended to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance and give your metabolism a boost.  

Country Heat- Fire up your metabolism, burn calories, and melt away unwanted pounds while you have fun dancing to today's hottest country hits. 

HIITHigh-intensity Interval Training. This class will vary with different exercises, circuits, and stations each session. These exercises will focus on all the major muscles groups while getting your cardio in at the same time!

InsanityMax Interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second rest periods in between. Exercising at this extreme intensity level will help you burn calories.  

Pilates -This class promotes the strengthening and stretching of the center core of the body. A mat exercise class focusing on the abdominal and lower back.

PiYoA hybrid of Yoga and Pilates, focusing on the principles of strength, stretching, conditioning, and dynamic movements. 

RIP - is a 60-minute barbell workout where music is matched to movement. All fitness levels welcome. Expect a complete full body workout.

Tabata-A high-intensity interval training that will have you doing repeated short spurts of intense workouts, followed by short breaks. 

Yoga- Uses posture, breathing, relaxation, and meditation to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit.

Zumba- This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout. Interval training sessions will help sculpt your body while burning fat.

ALL CLASSES ARE 55 MINUTES IN LENGTH UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED

  • Please arrive to class on time.
  • Participants must be at least 13 years old and actively participate in the class.
  • Please do not use cell phones during class.
  • Please be aware of your own fitness level, and do not over exert yourself
